Ad Valorem Ordinances

Ordinance 1, Series 2023: Ordinance adopting fiscal year 2024, levying Ad Valorem Taxes for said fiscal year and providing for the time  of payment and expenditure of the proceeds of said levies.

Ordinance 2, Series 2023: Ordinance adopting the Waste Management Program Assessment for the City of Audubon Park, Kentucky for the fiscal year 2023 and providing for the collection of same.

Ordinance 4, Series 2023: Ordinance amending fiscal year 2024, levying Ad Valorem Taxes for said fiscal year and providing for the time  of payment and expenditure of the proceeds of said levies. 

Ordinance 1, Series 2024: Ordinance adopting fiscal year 2024, levying Ad Valorem Taxes for said fiscal year and providing for the time  of payment and expenditure of the proceeds of said levies.

Ordinance 3, Series 2024: Ordinance adopting the Waste Management Program Assessment for the City of Audubon Park, Kentucky for the fiscal year 2025 and providing for the collection of same.

Ordinance 3, Series 2025: Ordinance adopting fiscal year 2025, levying Ad Valorem Taxes for said fiscal year and providing for the time  of payment and expenditure of the proceeds of said levies.
